Websoft Systems provides learning management based products,
services and solutions that help customers increase revenues,
decrease expenses and reduce operational cycle time. We provide
an integrated suite of learning management and learning content
management applications that help customers deliver, manage
and measure learning to solve specific business problems.
The Customer Engagement/Project Manager responsibilities will
be focused on the delivery and implementation of Websoft Systems’
suite of products. This position will direct the development
and implementation of enterprise wide productivity solutions
for our customers.
Tasks Performed: Manage and build client relationships with
key decision makers during and after implementation processes.
Oversee installation of and client acceptance of Websoft’s
products; monitor projects from initiation through delivery.
Provide day-to-day activities between client and company personnel.
Ensure customer satisfaction of information technology solutions
by managing details for overall project schedules and deliverables;
manage clients’ expectations. Develop effective and
comprehensive communication strategies. Regularly work with
sales, systems engineering, and product development to devise
superior product delivery; mobilize the right resources on
time on budget. Ensure client remains referenceable. Plans
and directs service schedule and budget. Provide management
status reports on client projects and issues
Essential Functions: Ability to lead technical projects from
start to finish with minimal technical support. Lead requirement-gathering
sessions and write both functional and technical specifications
to be used directly by developers. Develop detailed project
plans. Coordinate and facilitate training. Five plus years
experience with the following: Excellent project management
skills. Excellent client interface skills. Proven cross-functional
team success. Ability to deliver on-schedule and within budget
constraints. Knowledge of elearning systems and tools. Understanding
of web based software applications and web browser technologies.
Set weekly status agenda and facilitate status meetings, Coordinate
creation of weekly status report for distribution to management,
Monitor scope changes & address any resulting resource
needs. Manage any issues and ensures speedy resolution, Identify
and mitigate project risks. Knowledge of HTML, ASP, ASP.NET,
Graphic user interfaces, CSS (Style sheets) and MS SQL a major
plus.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s in technical or business field or equivalent
amount of experience and education; Master’s preferred.
PMP certification a plus.
Minimum 2 years expereince in elearning or learning management
industry
Methodology/Tools Management:
Experience with requirement gathering, design and specification,
web based application testing and validation.
Ability to handle a number of simultaneous projects, demonstrate
a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion,
and be successful in a collaborative environment.
Experience working on Enterprise Application Implementations,
including packaged and custom development. Ability to function
effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
